Donald Miller’s website has been updated and it’s worth a visit.

  • That guy’s involved in alot these days! One of the coolest things I saw on the site was the rerelease of his first book, “Prayer and the Art of Volkswagon Maitenance” under the new title of “Through Painted Deserts.” The site said it will be rewritten with new chapters, telling the complete story that he couldn’t previous tell because the book was originally published under a conservative evangelical press.

I can’t tell you how excited I am about this! I bought that book the month it came out, and everyone was asking me “Who is Don Miller? What’s it about?”…”Really? That sounds stupid.”

Point is…I had a feeling at the time of initial reading that there was more to the story. This is good. Very good indeed.

what’s the story? I’m not familiar with it.

  • Which story are you hoping for…the real story or the one that exists in Nash’s mind? 😉

  • …and people wonder why I go home crying at night. It’s because of people like you, John. People like you. 🙂
